Over the past 11 years, Victoria has had four Planning Ministers, the longest serving of these being the Hon. Justin Madden MLC. At this seminar, the Minister will reflect on his greatest achievements over the past few years, and on delivering his vision for Melbourne @ 5 million. This will be followed by a Panel discussion from key industry experts who will highlight their vision in taking the planning agenda forward.
