Now selling at Alliance Business Park
Stage one at MAB Corporation’s new $80 million business park has been released to market, with the potential to generate 4,000 new jobs at Epping.
MAB General Manager Commercial and Industrial Richard Johnston said Alliance Business Park will become a key industrial hub of the north.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to secure land at a prime location,” said Mr Johnston. “We expect demand to be high due to the shortage of industrial land in the north.”
A total of 15 lots have been released in stage one, ranging in size from 1,000m² to 6,044m² with the ability to cater for larger requirements of 25,000m² and above. Prices start at $297,000.
“We are offering high flexibility with these lots to suit a wide range of businesses,” said Mr Johnston. “This includes the opportunity to combine lots to suit larger requirements.”
It is anticipated that construction will commence at the 62-hectare development in early 2013 with the first stage being completed by the middle of the year.
“Now that the planning permit has been approved, we are working with the City of Whittlesea to commence work as soon as possible,” said Mr Johnston. “We are keen to welcome new businesses to the estate by mid next year.”
Alliance is located within the Cooper Street Employment Precinct, with Cooper Street, Epping Plaza and the Northern Hospital nearby. In addition, the new Wholesale Fruit, Vegetable and Flower market is in close proximity.
“Just 17 minutes from Melbourne Airport and 20 minutes from Melbourne Ports and CBD, the location is ideal,” said Mr Johnston.
