New Focus at MAB Corporation

MAB continues to maintain a strong focus on commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne within MAB’s Business Parks and mixed-use projects including Orbis Business Park, Thompsons Base Business Park, Alliance Business Park, Merrifield Business Park (a joint venture with Gibson Property Corporation), Expressway, University Hill and NewQuay.

With an extensive pipeline of products, MAB recently reaffirmed its work and commitment in both the commercial and industrial sectors that are core components of the company’s strategic direction.

MAB is delighted to announce the appointment of Tony Blazevic to Director Business Parks. Tony will be responsible for the development and sales across all MAB Business Parks and has been associated with MAB’s Business Park business for over 12 years. More recently Tony was MAB’s Business Development Manager. The Business Parks division also includes Michael Martin, Ayman Allaf, Raphael Poggi, Alex Gibson and Amanda Barnes.

Andrew White has been appointed to Director Commercial Projects and will be responsible for the management and development of existing and future commercial projects across University Hill, NewQuay and new projects. Andrew has been with MAB for over 6 years and has been responsible for a range of notable projects including 240 Uni Hill, Industry Business Hub, Ormond Square and Peppercorn Apartments.
