MAB Corporation puts University Hill business opportunities on the market with the announcement of commercial agent groups
MAB Corporation launches its business and corporate precincts at University Hill Bundoora (City of Whittlesea), with the announcement of Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International as its commercial sales agents.
MAB General Manager, Mr David Hall said that the appointment of two high profile commercial agent groups to this project was considered essential to ensure the opportunities were well represented across the market.
“University Hill offers excellent location benefits for the commercial market across the industrial and office sector, with frontage onto the major arterial Plenty Road giving it strong linkages with Greater Melbourne via the Metropolitan Ring Road, Hume Highway and the new Craigieburn Bypass”, Mr Hall said.
“The business environment is being developed to attract multi-national headquarters, offices to suit the medium to small businesses, high tech manufacturing, warehousing and showrooms.”
MAB Corporation is seeking industrial and commercial pre-leases or land and building purchase packages. It will also provide turn key property solutions for businesses to maximise their operational and location opportunity.
“Industrial areas range from approximately 250m2 to 50,000m2 and office areas from approximately 60m2 to 10,000m2”, Mr Hall said.
“We have already secured a major corporate client with 13,000 square metres under construction for the Siemens VDO headquarters that is due for completion in December this year with another two pre-leases under negotiation.
“MAB is also planning to develop the first major office suite for Melbourne’s north on site to suit the small to medium business operator.”
The commercial environments located as part of University Hill is differentiated from other metropolitan locations by its integration into a wider master planned community providing amenity unsurpassed by any other similar developments in Melbourne.
“The environment will consist of extensive parkland and pathway networks that will provide employees with pleasant surroundings to relax during lunch breaks and seek relief from day-to day business,” Mr Hall said.
“Central to the development will also be a street-based town centre that will be walking distance from all the designated commercial zones.
“The town centre will feature a major brand outlet that will feature up to 60 leading brand names and a combination of leisure related outlets including restaurants, cafes and bars.”
MAB Corporation can commence project planning and construction immediately with companies that are looking to secure their next location.
