Location, Location – Harbour Lifestyle

Never in his wildest dreams did Retail Sales Manager Steve Grech think that watching a game at Etihad Stadium would determine his next home move.

“I was walking past The Quays construction site on my way to a game on a Friday night and saw the development,” said Steve. “It looked impressive so l jumped online and submitted an enquiry. It all happened from there.”

Currently living in Derrimut in Melbourne’s West, Steve and his wife Rosa are looking forward to moving into their new NewQuay home by Christmas next year.

“The location is superb and we love the idea of living on the harbour,” said Steve. “We enjoy eating out so the great range of restaurants literally downstairs from our apartment is really convenient.”

Being a passionate sports lover, Steve is also looking forward to the short walk to Etihad Stadium.

“And my wife loves shopping, so to be able to walk around the corner to Harbour Town shopping centre or jump on a tram into the CBD is fantastic,” he added.

Steve has purchased a beautiful two-bedroom apartment on the 23rd floor of The Quays.

“The lifestyle change is going to be amazing,” Steve said.

“The process was excellent and Jayce has been fantastic,” said Steve. “He took us through each step of the process and always made us feel comfortable.”
