Lifestyle Communities acquires new site in Merrifield

We are pleased to announce Lifestyle Communities has recently acquired a new site in our flagship Merrifield project, to deliver a new community village for the booming semi-retired, retired and downsizer market.

The Lifestyle Communities Merrifield site will have capacity for approximately 187 new homes, offering a range of high quality, low maintenance designs under a land lease community approach. The new village will be located along Aitken Boulevard within a brand new residential precinct of Merrifield, set to launch in early 2022.
