Last chance to be part of Meridian
The Meridian Business Park in Thomastown continues to boom with 90 percent of lots sold and its first businesses moving into their new premises before the end of the year.
MAB Corporation General Manager Commercial and Industrial Richard Johnston said he is thrilled with the response to Meridian, stating that sales are exceeding recent expectations.
“Demand at Meridian has been great,” said Mr Johnston. “We have seen strong price growth at the development, which bucks the current market trend. Clearly, businesses are attracted to the high quality park and ideal location.
“The business park has wide appeal, suitable for larger warehousing operations while also offering stand alone office potential.”
Just seven lots in prime locations remain available, including two lots on Heyington Avenue.
“This is the last chance to secure land in an exciting development,” said Mr Johnston. “While the last remaining lots offer great value, we do anticipate further price increases next year to match demand.”
Meridian is located in the City of Whittlesea, on the corner of Heyington Avenue and High Street, Thomastown.
“Meridian’s location is ideal, with great amenities such as the High Street retail and commercial strip and Thomastown train station nearby,” said Mr Johnston. “Close to Melbourne CBD, ports and Melbourne Airport, Meridian presents a unique opportunity.”
Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE are the selling agents at Meridian.
Jones Lang LaSalle Director, Industrial Services Robert Butera said there is a very distinct shortage of land supply in the northern region.
“Meridian Business Park offers the astute purchaser the opportunity to be part of a first class estate with excellent arterial linkages and a versatile zoning promoting office and Industrial development,” said Mr Butera.
CBRE Senior Manager – Industrial and Logistic Services Matthew Sampson said he has not been surprised to the response to Meridian to date.
“Meridian is offering an ideal opportunity to secure a prime position in a brand new business park,” said Mr Sampson. “The remaining seven lots will not last long.”
Meridian comprises 62 lots ranging in size from 2,000 sqm to 10,360 sqm.
