Display suite for new Preston masterplanned neighbourhood now open

After a successful pre-sales campaign, MAB has opened its new Preston Crossing display suite, situated on the corner of St Georges Road and Showers Street in Preston. The new display suite beautifully showcases a variety of residences including apartments and townhouses while providing visitors a beautiful green outlook of the adjacent Newman Reserve and well positioned to take in views of the site as construction moves ahead.

Preston Crossing display suite, designed by lead architect, Hayball, features distinct zones where visitors can view a variety of apartment and townhouse plans and finishes. Also included in the space is a large display kitchen and bathroom, and an impressive 1:75 scale model of the masterplan.
