Completion of Escala, NewQuay Docklands
Designed by renowned Melbourne architects, Six Degrees Architects, Escala encapsulates the flair and liveability of Melbourne in one address and features a collection of traditional apartments, SoHo (Small office, Home office) apartments, and MAB’s signature lofts, complimented by retail spaces, a vibrant piazza and a commercial building on Docklands Drive.
The design includes the distinctive red brick façade with arched windows of the commercial building while the residential lobby, corridor windows and bathrooms all include detailed lead lighting. Over the past few months, Escala has been welcoming its first residents.
