Business parks celebrate milestone

MAB celebrates completion of four business parks

After many years and awards, the Commercial & Industrial team has experienced a busy time recently and has completed sales of the Northcorp Industry Park, Global Business Park, National Business Park and Trade Central.

In a celebration, the MAB alumni returned to celebrate the achievements of MAB Business Parks over the last 15 years. MAB Business Parks was established in 1995 when MAB in partnership with John Gibson developed the award-winning Northcorp Industry Park in Broadmeadows.

MAB Business Parks has been instrumental in the development of the overall MAB business and has been the backbone to the overall success of MAB.

The business will continue to focus on Translink, Meridian and Orbis Business Parks and the Commercial & Industrial team are also working on a number of Office Projects including Industry Business Hub, South Melbourne and 240 Plenty Road at University Hill.
