Alliance Business Park Goes Green

Approvals are now in place to allow Alliance Business Park, Epping to commence construction of a large wetland and retarding basin in the South West corner of the site. 

The 3.6 hectare area has been designed by renowned landscape architects CDA Design Group to offer employees of the Alliance Business Park a relaxing place to walk, have lunch or simply recharge during the work day. It offers walking tracks, casual seating areas and plenty of green space.

The wetlands will be complete by the second half of 2016. 

Alliance is a 62 hectare industrial site situated on Gateway Boulevard in Epping, housing a diversity of business from Mainfreight to Edlyn Foods. The final land release, Stage 6, was released to the market in April 2016 and consists of land areas for sale from 1,250 sqm to 3.5 hectares.
