Harbour One Project:

The Harbour One project consisted of 320 apartments constructed over 22 levels, 10 ground floor terrace offices and 349 car parks. The project was completed ahead of schedule in December 2011.

Fund Returns:

The fund made a loan to the developer secured by a second ranking mortgage at loan to value ratio of between 64-74%. The fund provided an IRR to investors of 20.2%.
