He commenced at MAB in 2003 and held General Manager roles across the Business Parks and Major Projects divisions. He has played an instrumental role in the development of MAB’s industrial and mixed use portfolio including University Hill and Merrifield in Mickleham.

David has an extensive career in both the public and private sectors, including executive positions in local government in the areas of property, planning and development, economic development and governance. He holds a Bachelor of Business with RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma of Management from Deakin University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

David believes that whether a project is someone’s new home, the location of their business or where they work or shop, it’s always a proud moment after all the years of planning and delivery.

Commencing at MAB in 2013, Aine is passionate about developing people at MAB and has a keen interest in organisational learning and development, leadership, succession planning and employee engagement.

Commencing her career in Ireland, Aine has 20 years of expertise across several sectors including finance, banking, insurance and property.

Aine holds a Masters and Hons BA in Human Resource Management.

Aine has a strong emphasis on empowering and developing the team at MAB, with a nimble and innovative approach that keeps pace with the ever-changing property industry.

CFO Thomas Delbosc has played an integral role in MAB’s finance team for over 18 years.

He is responsible for the financial management of the business and for leading and developing the finance team.

Thomas commenced his career as an accountant, and has since held a variety of roles in accounting, financial management and as a financial analyst with MAB and at a boutique private equity firm.

Thomas is a Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors, and he holds a Master of Business Administration (Professional) from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is a member of CPA Australia.

Thomas takes pride in watching MAB projects develop from an idea or a plan into a physical space where people live, work or play.

Commencing at MAB in 2011, Ben is an integral advisor providing strategic legal advice, risk mitigation and internal governance support.

With seven years private practice specialising in property, commercial law, litigation and four years General Counsel of a national publicly listed company, Ben brings a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise to MAB.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws, Advance Diploma of Science and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.

Commencing in 2016 and bringing over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Yvette certainly understands the fast, changing pace of the MAB office.

Supporting both David Hall and Thomas Delbosc, Yvette also assists the Operations team to ensure the smooth running of MAB’s office with her proactive leadership style.

With over 20 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, she has worked for both large and small organisations in the private and public sectors in all aspects of executive support including office fit-outs, large corporate events, office management and people management. Yvette holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT.

Yvette believes efficiency is everything, and is always looking at ways to improve and continually evolve MAB’s work processes.

A leader at MAB for the past 19 years, Nick understands how to successfully navigate the ebbs and flows of the property industry.

Instrumental in creating MAB’s Funds Management business, he has also developed the platform to support MAB’s extensive USA investments and established an enviable reputation for meeting or exceeding forecast returns.

With more than four decades of experience across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the USA, Nick is a respected leader. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Australian Property Institute; ASIC PS 146 Compliant.

Matt joined MAB over a decade ago and in that time has planned, designed and delivered large-scale and complex projects in Melbourne’s growth areas. He commenced at MAB as a Development Manager in 2007, before moving into a Project Director role and his appointment as General Manager Communities in 2019.

His career started in research advisory and project marketing roles servicing a network of developers, builders and government agency clients.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT and Certificate IV Real Estate (Agents Representative) with Swinburne University.

Matt enjoys the rare opportunity to plan and develop an entire new city like Merrifield from the very beginning while seeing a strong residential and business community grow from the ground up.

Known for her energy and effective leadership style, Megan has been a trusted HR advisor at MAB for more than a decade.

Megan has led the creation of tailor-based programmes in development and training at MAB with invaluable results.

Drawing upon her experience in the retail, hospitality and automotive industries, Megan sees a passion for people as paramount in HR. She holds a Bachelor of Management with Federation University Australia.

Megan’s role primarily revolves around managing relationships with people and believes building trust, nurturing talent and empowering the team are fundamental.

Ben joined MAB in 2017 and is responsible for managing the Marketing, Media and CRM requirements of the business.

A collaborative leader, Ben has been instrumental in establishing a talented and experienced team to support MAB’s diverse marketing needs.

Ben has over 15 years’ experience spanning property development and retail industries in a range of management and senior leadership roles for both private and publicly listed organisations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from Deakin University and is a Certified Practising Marketer with the Australian Marketing Institute.

Ben enjoys the diverse nature of MAB’s projects and the responsibility in delivering quality marketing outcomes with tangible results; as buildings take shape, business expands and communities grow.

A key member of the MAB team for a decade. Rod believes early involvement with the design process enables his Project Management team to deliver high quality outcomes, achieve project efficiencies and manage risk from the outset.

Respected for his approachable and confident leadership style, Rod is able to adapt to an ever changing industry.

Bringing 30 years of construction expertise to MAB, Rod has delivered numerous projects across a broad scope of industry sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Monash University.

Rod is motivated by the breadth and variety of developments delivered at MAB, from large scale residential to smaller commercial and industrial projects.

Since joining MAB in 2017, Jamie has worked across a diverse range of property sectors including, industrial, greenfield residential, mixed-use developments and urban renewal projects.

Progressing from Director of Acquisitions, Jamie now leads the commercial and industrial division with an extensive industrial pipeline and diverse team.

His career commenced in the civil and structural engineering sector with a focus on stormwater infrastructure across large-scale transport, logistics and manufacturing facilities in Melbourne’s northern industrial corridor.

Jamie holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Swinburne University and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Chris has recently joined MAB and is responsible for leading the Brompton Gasworks project in Adelaide.

Chris is a collaborative and well respected leader in the South Australian property industry, with over 12 years of experience in strategic advisory and complex project delivery Australia, New Zealand and PNG.

Having held leadership roles across a range of businesses, Chris brings the skill set and aptitude for growing well-respected, high-performing teams capable of delivering legacy projects.

Chris is a passionate supporter of South Australia’s future visions for growth and is an active Committee member of several organisations across the property sector promoting policy change and adoption of future industry trends.

Michael has been the Executive Director since he co-founded MAB with Andrew Buxton in 1995. He is passionate about the challenge of creating quality places and the legacy of MAB’s diversified ground-breaking projects that have shaped the future of Melbourne.

Michael is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a graduate of the Owners/President Management programme at Harvard Business School.

Michael is a recipient of the Order of Australia (AM) for significant service to the visual arts and to the property development sector. Michael’s passion for Australian art grew over decades and, in a landmark gift to the University of Melbourne, Michael and Janet Buxton donated over 350 major artworks along with the funds to build Buxton Contemporary, an exhibition space and museum which houses contemporary Australian art.

Andrew has been the Managing Director since he co-founded MAB with Michael Buxton in 1995. He has led the strategic development of MAB into a diversified property development company spanning master-planned communities, residential apartments, townhouses, commercial offices, industrial, retail and investments with a current and future pipeline of projects valued at $16.5 billion.

Andrew is committed to the vibrant culture of the MAB business and proud of its reputation in delivering quality projects. He is passionate about the education, growth and development of the MAB team as a critical driver of the success of the business.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of the Owners/President Management programme at Harvard Business School.

Simon is a chartered accountant and investment banker and has been involved with MAB for more than a decade.

In 2002, Simon founded Canterbury Partners, an independent corporate advisory firm in the midmarket focused on advising families and entrepreneurs. He was previously a Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen and the Managing Director of NM Rothschild’s private equity business.

Simon has been advising local and multinational companies and families and entrepreneurs for more than 30 years. Simon is also a former Chairman of Computershare Ltd and Melbourne IT Ltd, and currently Chairman of the Trawalla Group, Australian Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd and the advisory board of MAB.

Justin is Managing Director and founder of Deep End Services, a property economics and demand-based consultancy established in 2003 that works on projects throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA. Deep End Services’ clients include many of the region’s largest property owners and developers, retailers and service providers.

Justin has 30 years of experience in his field, having worked at Coopers & Lybrand Consultants, KPMG and Coles Myer before establishing Deep End Services.

Justin was on the initiating Advisory Board for The Good Foundation and is also a member of the Property Council of Australia, Victorian Planning & Environmental Law Association and the Large Format Retail Association. He is a well-known contributor to various publications and acts as an economic expert in jurisdictions throughout Australia.
