Following a 17-year association, MAB American and its former Managing Partner, Cary Uretz, announce that, as of 1 July, 2024, a mutually acceptable restructure has taken place whereby the parties have agreed for each to pursue their own property development and investment projects moving forward.

MAB American will continue with business as usual led by its President, John Argo, and Vice President, Pat Greathouse, supported by MAB in Australia. Cary Uretz will undertake his new development and investment projects through his company Southeast Realty Advisors, LLC.
