Topping out of 21 Cityside Drive and Opening of Paul Sadler Swimland

Last month at Merrifield City, we celebrated the opening of the Paul Sadler Swimland and the topping out of our new four-level commercial building – set to open later this year with Green Leaves Childcare, Jetts fitness gym, allied health services, office spaces and more.

The Paul Sadler Swimland is a fantastic addition to the sports and recreation amenities already serving the Merrifield community and supports the shared vision of MAB, Gibson Property Corporation, and QIC Real Estate, to deliver a vibrant town centre in Melbourne’s north.
