Family Homes Built for the Future: MAB’s First Collaboration with Archier

In early April 2024, MAB celebrated the completion of its first townhouse project with awarded architect, Archier. The series of 26 homes in the Preston Crossing Oakover neighbourhood were delivered to an exceptional standard, and with settlement having taken place swiftly after completion, these breautiful homes are now being enjoyed by their new families.

When MAB approached Archier to collaborate on Preston Crossing, it was driven by an admiration of the studio’s award-winning projects, their passion for simplicity and sustainability, and an unmistakable design appeal. Having now completed the first release of Archier homes at Preston Crossing, both MAB and Archier could not be more proud of the end result.

The success of these homes is underpinned by a design that’s responsive to the needs of today’s families.
