MAB’s latest commercial offices release – Tempo Workspaces

We are pleased to partner with Savills to launch our latest commercial offices release – Tempo Workspaces, located in the coveted Box Hill Gardens precinct. Featuring comfortable, flexible spaces with the health and well-being of occupants at the core of its design, this 550m² whole floor workspace is designed by award-winning architects, Hayball.

Office workers will have access to the adjoining north facing level one communal balcony garden, end-of-trip (EOT) facilities and a ground floor café with an alfresco area catering to residents and office users. Maximizing natural light, the workspaces feature double glazed openable windows and balcony sliding doors opening onto private balconies.

Located within one of Melbourne’s key designated metropolitan activity centres, Box Hill is recognised by the Victorian Government as a critical health and education precinct providing a range of essential employment, education, infrastructure, and amenity for residents. Part of the broader residential offering, Tempo is under construction with completion anticipated for Q3, 2024.
