Landmark development complete at University Hill

Construction is complete on a $22 million landmark commercial development at University Hill, Bundoora – 240 UNI HILL.

MAB General Manager Commercial and Industrial Richard Johnston said the development is a great success.

“240 UNI HILL has been purpose-built to provide the best of office accommodation,” said Mr Johnston. “The development is a welcomed addition to University Hill’s thriving business hub.”

The development boasts 39 office suites, secure undercover car parking, additional at-grade parking, landscaped garden entryway and a corporate lobby.

Tenants have also been attracted to two on-site facilities – a leading cafe and dedicated conference facilities.

“We understand what makes a dynamic work environment,” said Mr Johnston “The location of 240 UNI HILL is ideal, close to public transport, major arterials and a short stroll to the University Hill Town Centre.”

Designed by Watson Young architects, the development has quickly become a signature building in the north.

“240 UNI HILL has incredible street presence at the gateway to University Hill,” said Mr Johnston.

It is anticipated that 240 UNI HILL will create approximately 300 new jobs in the City of Whittlesea.

Current tenants include:

  • Local Blue
  • Bundoora Foot Clinic
  • Lend Wise
  • GBL Property Group
  • Australian Dream Homes.
  • Liberty Financial.

Local Blue Director Les Pappas said they are thrilled to establish their business at University Hill.

“Our business is focussed on local business guides for the northern corridor,” said Mr Pappas. “To locate our office in a booming master-planned development – and to position ourselves close to our customer base – makes great business sense.”

Office suites are available for sale or lease and are sized from 47sqm.
