MAB has expanded its rental management operations in NewQuay, Docklands with the introduction of traditional real estate rental property management.

This expansion complements MAB’s current serviced apartment rental management program.

Under the banner of MAB Property Management Group, the team will now service the requirements of all investors in NewQuay, specialising in the management of investment property and portfolio rental management.

Sonia Chamings, General Manager of Grand Mercure Docklands, is heading up the new team and is excited by the opportunities. “We really are a one-stop-shop for property investment in NewQuay,” Ms Chamings said. “Our team has been providing expert management advice and care to NewQuay property owners since MAB built the very first tower in 1996.
