Kevin Hunt brings unrivalled track record to MAB

Kevin Hunt has been appointed as MAB’s General Manager, Residential. A recognised leader in the planning and delivery of mixed use inner city communities, Kevin will be focusing on building MAB’s long-term residential growth strategy.

The first quarter of 2010 will see Kevin focusing his team on construction of the Harbour One tower, with a builder selected by the end of March. Responding to the current mix of market trends, Kevin is overseeing the design of the NewQuay Western Precinct masterplan, University Hill land releases and the acquisition of future residential developments.

Kevin was previously Chief Executive Officer of Mirvac Victoria and established the Mirvac brand in Melbourne and was instrumental in the planning and delivery of Beacon Cove, SY21, The Melburnian, Yarra’s Edge and Waverly Gardens.
