Up and away! The $180 million HarbourOne tower commences construction

HarbourOne is the latest apartment tower at NewQuay to
follow on from the success of Arkley, Palladio, Boyd, Sant’Elia,
Nolan and Conder Towers.

Designed by Plus Architecture, the 22 level tower features a unique ribbon detail that curls around the slender structure creating a wave
effect and intergrating it with its enviable waterside location.

MAB is pleased to announce that all 330 apartments and SOHO
Offices have been sold prior to construction beginning!

MAB awarded the construction tender to Brookfield Multiplex, a
world renowned builder with over 40 years’ experience constructing
some of Melbourne’s most admired apartment towers.

The HarbourOne site was handed over to Brookfield Mulitplex in
May and construction commenced in June. The first crane will be erected on site in July and the second following in August.

HarbourOne is anticipated for completion at the end of 2011.
