Marina Residences – luxury waterfront living at its finest

Marina Residences is the first stage of development for the NewQuay Parkland precinct. This prestigious project offers 18 exclusive, luxury Residences.

Located on the promenade and with direct access to Quay Park,
each of the Residences has its very own marina berth. Designed
by Plus Architecture and BBP Architects, these three story homes
feature Gaggenau appliances, thermostat controlled wine cellars
and plunge pools.

The construction of this exclusive $64M project was awarded to
Icon Constructions. Of the 18 Residences, only 3 remain for sale!

Construction began in January after months of new concrete wharf
structure works. This complex project is now completed and the
project is taking shape.

The project sits on almost a hectare in the green heart of the precinct. Civil works on Quay Park are underway and incorporate water sensitive urban design initiatives such as rain garden filtration and a 150,000 litre subterranean rain storage tank.

Works on the rain garden system commenced in May and the rain
storage works commence in June.

The ground floor and level one slabs have been poured for the Residences. Precast panels for 16 of the 18 townhouses have been installed.
