Using his extensive experience in developing Melbourne’s urban growth areas, Greg will oversee planning of MAB’s new growth area projects. In 2005, Greg joined the State Government and worked to establish the Government’s program for outward growth. Greg helped establish the new urban growth zones and the Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) Guidelines, and worked closely with local councils within the growth areas.

Greg’s contributions to planning were instrumental in changing the
future of residential sub-divisions across Melbourne by providing parks, gardens and retail sites to create mini-cities.

“I made a significant contribution to creating the guidelines and in this role at MAB we have the opportunity to implement these concepts on the ground,” he concluded.
