Stage One comprises 25 homes and all of the residents moved in over October.

The second stage of Princeton Rise is under construction with 19 of the 26 homes at frame stage. Settlements are anticipated to commence in June 2011.

We are pleased to advise that stage 2 of Princeton Park is now open to the public. NewQuay has been a hive of construction activity over the last few months.

The Mariner Apartments have topped off as the final level (level 9) has been poured. The timber framing stage of construction continues on the Quay Park Townhouses and at the Marina Residences, the window installation is almost complete and plastering has begun.

HarbourOne has begun level 7 with the final pour of level 6 now complete.
