Residential Update – Kevin Hunt

It’s been a busy first half of the year for the residential team. The Quays South Tower was launched in February and its pleasing to see how well received the project has been. In just a few short months the South Tower has almost sold out, with 80% of the 275 apartments snapped up. The North Tower will be your last chance to purchase in this iconic building set to become Harbour Esplanade’s most distinguished address.

HarbourOne Apartments ‘topped off’ in May with the final concrete pour at Level 22. More than 200 construction workers are on site and the building is on target for completion later this year.

The first stage of residential development in the West precinct of NewQuay is now complete. MABs most visionary residential project at NewQuay, the Marina Residences were completed in June. These houses are simply breathtaking.

The Quay Park Townhouses were also completed in June. These townhouses enjoy an enviable view over the newly completed Quay Park.
