Commercial & Industrial Update – Richard Johnston

MAB’s performance in the industrial market continues to buck the trend with continued sales at Meridian, University Hill & Orbis.

We are also excited about launching our first industrial product into Melbourne’s south east market at Cranbourne West.

MAB has a strong interest in the planning and development of Melbourne and we are hopeful the proposed review and revamp of Victorian’s planning system will provide greater certainty for our projects.

Aside from our planning work at Merrifield, we are working on multiple employment sites that we are looking to transform into an alternative use that is more suited to the changing needs of Melbourne.

We enjoy the opportunity to apply our mixed use and planning skills to get a great outcome for our clients. We look forward to announcing some of these exciting projects shortly.
